Blanchard's premium level membership gives you everything in the essentials level, plus you gain access to a full catalog of Blanchard-facilitated courses and Leader Tracks (for less than the average cost of one live course).

Propel Leader Tracks are designed to focus and grow specific leadership skill sets over time. Each track contains three Blanchard courses you can take and complete in any order throughout your membership. And when you complete each course and an entire track—you’ll earn digital Blanchard credentials!

As an emerging leader, it's time to take those skills to the next level.

Blanchard's Emerging Leader track will prepare you with the tools to take risks and embrace personal change, become proactive self-starters, and set motivating goals. You’ll learn how to build trust with others, what it means to listen to learn, and how to give helpful and meaningful feedback.

This track includes the courses Essential Motivators, Self Leadership, and Servant Leadership Essentials.

As a people leader, you can create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Blanchard's People Leader Track will provide you with a deeper skill set based on building trust, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and mutual respect. You will explore diverse perspectives, engage in constructive dialogue, and learn how to handle difficult conversations with those you lead—both inside and outside of work.

This track includes the courses Building Trust, Blanchard Management Essentials, and Conversational Capacity.

As a team leader, you understand that:

  • Effective teams pursue a common outcome and have a common goal they want to reach.
  • Healthy teams have mutual respect between members of the team and management.
  • Diverse teams value one another's experiences, skillsets, mindsets, and creativity.

The Team Leader track will provide you with the training, mentorship, and opportunities that will help you become an effective leader who can grow their people into these kinds of teams. This track includes SLII® Concepts, the world's most widely taught leadership model, as well as Coaching Essentials and Team Leadership courses.
