The Blanchard Business Acumen program is designed to help employees understand the financial, strategic, and operational drivers of organizational success so they can make smarter, more aligned business decisions. The custom program was designed by employees, for employees, and blends engaging experiential learning with practical tools and real-world scenarios. It equips participants with the confidence and skills to think strategically, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and align decisions with long-term business goals.
The Blanchard Global Youth Leadership program is delivered through Blanchard Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Ken and Margie Blanchard as part of the corporate social responsibility program at Blanchard. The organization offers Student Self Leadership—which empowers individuals to take responsibility for their success by developing proactive mindsets, building confidence, and applying proven leadership strategies at every career stage—and the Student Self Leadership for Champions course, which teaches the adults how to coach and support the teenagers going through the training as well as other youth in their lives. Together, these programs reflect Blanchard’s vision of building a pipeline of capable, inspired leaders across generations.
