Launching September 29, Leadership for First Responders is an eight-week, virtual facilitator-led program that goes beyond supervision to help emergency professionals lead in ways that inspire ownership, drive performance, and strengthen connection and commitment.
Developed with direct input from first responder leaders, the program reflects the real leadership challenges public safety professionals face every day. Through a cohort-based format, participants learn alongside peers who understand the unique challenges they face, and gain access to Blanchard’s proven leadership frameworks and practical tools they can apply immediately.
