Alexander Caillet is an internationally recognized organizational psychologist, consultant, and coach who helps leaders and teams work more effectively together. His work spans more than 30 countries across five continents, bringing deep expertise in leadership coaching and large-scale organizational transformation to Blanchard’s Team Effectiveness Practice. Before joining Blanchard, he co-founded and served as CEO of Corentus, Inc.
Known for his pioneering approach to team coaching, Alexander works with teams in real time as they tackle their actual work. He uses observations and data about communication and behavior, alongside individual coaching and whole-team development, to help teams strengthen their effectiveness. His experience includes organizational redesigns, post-merger integrations, business turnarounds, and culture change initiatives.
Alexander also co-founded the State of Mind Institute, which researches how a leader’s state of mind influences leadership effectiveness and performance. His clients have included multinational corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies, including AIP Publishing, BNP Paribas, Bristol Myers Squibb, Draper Labs, L’OrĂ©al, McKinsey & Company, MITRE, NASA, Novartis, Oxfam America, Partners In Health, Silverchair, TechnoServe, and Harvard University.
A longtime faculty member of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, Alexander has taught team coaching to more than 60 cohorts of senior leaders and professional coaches. He is certified in Team Management Systems (TMSDI), is a licensed HeartMath Certified Trainer, and is a Health Realization practitioner.
Alexander holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, he holds dual citizenship in France and the United States. .
