Janice Caillet co-heads Blanchard’s Team Effectiveness Practice, bringing more than 35 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations strengthen their effectiveness and impact. Before joining Blanchard, she co-founded Corentus, Inc., where she served as president and chief catalyst, supporting a global team of professionals dedicated to team development.
At Corentus, Janice co-created its team development curriculum, methods, tools, and processes, drawing on research, insights from thought leaders, and more than 25 years of direct client engagement. Her experience also includes serving as lead faculty and co-creator of training programs focused on team effectiveness tools and team coaching.
Janice combines coaching, mentoring, advising, and consulting to help clients clarify their purpose and translate insights into action. Her approach helps clients establish a clear strategy and direction, strengthen their capabilities, and pursue meaningful results.
Her background spans aerospace, technology, telecommunications, education, and nonprofit organizations. Having lived and worked in the United States, France, and the United Kingdom, she brings an international perspective to her work.
A serial entrepreneur, Janice has co-founded six companies: Corentus, SPARC Teams, Send Word Now, Total New York, iSTARTUP, and Flockd. Five of the six became part of larger organizations to scale their offerings and achieve greater impact.
Janice speaks on team effectiveness, leadership development, organizational dynamics, and entrepreneurship. She also coaches and advises leaders and entrepreneurial teams in accelerator and incubator programs. Her engagements span Harvard, Harvard iLab, MIT, BGI (MIT Portugal), NYU, Babson College, Hult International Business School, Brandeis International Business School, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and other educational institutions.
