The SLII course teaches leaders to use the appropriate leadership style in response to individual’s needs and the situation. Learning Objectives

Participants will:

  • Diagnose the development levels of employees and choose the appropriate leadership style
  • Increase the frequency and quality of conversations about performance and development
  • Create a communication model for all levels of the organization to support cultural change and move toward a high-performance organization

Course Details

The SLII Experience public course is available in-person as a two-day course or virtually as five two-hour sessions scheduled over three days. Both course designs use a four-part learning path to ensure participants master the content and become situational leaders. 

  • LAUNCH — Engaging assignments that explain key concepts 
  • LEARN — Activities that teach leaders the skills and language to lead situationally
  • PRACTICE — Activities based on personal work challenges that develop new skills 
  • MASTER — Strategies to set SMART goals, diagnose development level, and use the Matching leadership style
